The Government of Canada invited a thousand CEC candidates under Express Entry

On August 7, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #359, the cut-off score was 534 points, 16 points more than the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 03, 2025, at 06:22:02 UTC. As of August 5, 2025, 256,585 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 50,628 invitations through 29 Express Entry draws in 2025.
