Consultation Agreement

Purpose: The consultation with Ivanna Yana Didyk, a licensed Canadian immigration consultant, aims to provide general information on immigration matters, review your immigration goals, and assess potential eligibility for Canadian immigration programs. You'll also receive an overview of the subsequent steps in the immigration process.

Legal Relationship: Attendance at the initial consultation does not establish a legal relationship between you and Ivanna Yana Didyk, nor does it designate her as your representative. To engage her as your immigration consultant, separate retention is required.

Limitations:  Ivanna Yana Didyk  does not become your representative as a result of booking and attending an initial consultation, and the consultation does not establish a legal
relationship between you and Ivanna Yana Didyk. If you require more in-depth
assistance, you can choose to retain Ivanna Yana Didyk as your immigration consultant.
Ivanna Yana Didyk will not provide further advise after the conclusion of the initial
consultation.

Outcome Guarantee: Guidance during the consultation does not guarantee specific outcomes or results in your immigration process.

Accuracy Requirement: It's imperative to provide accurate, genuine, and truthful information before and during the consultation. Misrepresentation, inaccuracies, or omission of details may affect the accuracy and effectiveness of the guidance provided.

Recording Prohibition: Recording video and/or audio during the initial consultation is strictly prohibited.

​

Fees and Refunds: Late arrival or non-attendance result in non-refundable consultation fees.
