Ottawa invited 423 PNP candidates under Express Entry

On February 3, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the Express Entry draw #393. The Government of Canada issued 423 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in this draw. This round’s cut-off score was 749 points, 3 points more than the previous PNP-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was December 16, 2025, at 22:30:36 UTC. As of February 2, 2026, 238,920 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. This year, the Government of Canada invited 15,678 Express Entry candidates, including 1,678 PNP candidates.
