Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has unveiled the Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Supports and Services Program (PASS), offering comprehensive assistance to internationally educated nurses seeking integration into the Canadian healthcare system. This federally funded initiative, managed by the CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses, provides eligible participants with online communication courses, expert mentorship, informative webinars, and personalized case management, all at no cost. Qualifying nurses must have completed recognized nursing education abroad and received approval from IRCC to immigrate to Canada. The program aims to streamline the transition from arrival to professional registration and employment.
