IRCC conducted the last IEC draw of 2025 and invited 2,946 candidates

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the last draws in International Experience Canada (IEC) pools for 2025. Since October 10, Canada has invited 2,946 young foreigners to apply for an IEC open work permit. As of October 27, 40,086 candidates were registered in the pool and waiting for the invitation. In the last round, there were 398 ITAs for Australia, 4 ITAs for Austria, 6 ITAs for Belgium, 3 ITAs for Chile, 6 ITAs for Costa Rica, 7 ITAs for Croatia, 65 ITAs for the Czech Republic, 18 ITAs for Denmark, 1 ITA for Estonia, 20 ITAs for Finland, 472 ITAs for France, 350 ITAs for Germany, 15 ITAs for Greece, 25 ITAs for Hong Kong, 4 ITAs for Iceland, 232 ITAs for Ireland, 229 ITAs for Italy, 14 ITAs for Japan, 679 ITAs for Korea, 3 ITAs for Latvia, 25 ITAs for Lithuania, 5 ITAs for Luxembourg, 109 ITAs for New Zealand, 9 ITAs for Norway, 53 ITAs for Poland, 62 ITAs for Portugal, 30 ITAs for Slovakia, 1 ITA for Slovenia, 19 ITAs for Spain, 20 ITAs for Sweden, 15 ITAs for Switzerland, 13 ITAs for Taiwan, and 34 ITAs for the United Kingdom. In 2025, Canada issued a total of 102,289 ITAs under the IEC Program.
