IRCC conducted a new Express Entry draw for senior managers with Canadian work experience

On July 10, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the second Express Entry draw for senior managers with Canadian work experience. IRCC issued 500 Invitations to Apply (ITA) in the fourth draw of the week. In round #426, the cut-off score was 392, 37 points fewer than the previous draw for senior managers. The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 15, 2026, at 01:46:05 UTC. As of July 5, 2026, 235,127 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far in 2026, the Government of Canada has issued 97,101 invitations under 38 Express Entry draws.
