NOC system changes to new TEER system in 2022 defined which positions now qualify for various immigration programs and which no longer qualify.

The winner is: General Building Maintenance Workers and Building Superintendents that jumped from Skill level D to Teer 3 under NOC 6733 to 73201.

The below positions now qualify for Express Entry and some other provincial permanent residency programs:
