The AAIP invited over a thousand candidates in the first half of November

On November 20, 2025, Alberta released the results of the recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) immigration draws. On November 10, the province invited 1,045 candidates under the Alberta Opportunity stream. The cut-off score for this draw was 55 points, 5 points lower than the previous draw for this stream. Additionally, on November 14, Alberta conducted a new draw under the Alberta Express Entry Stream - Priority Sectors and invited 80 healthcare candidates who scored 52 points or more. So far, Alberta has invited 8,505 candidates through the AAIP streams this year.
