Saskatchewan updated the application processing times

On October 2, 2025, Saskatchewan updated the processing time of various streams of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). According to the new data, in the third quarter of 2025, the processing times for the Employment Offer stream in the International Skilled Worker category were 7 weeks, for the Tech Talent Pathway 6 weeks, for the Agriculture Talent Pathway 4 weeks, and for the Health Talent Pathway 5 weeks. In the Saskatchewan Experience category, the processing times for the Existing Work Permit and International Students streams were 9 and 6 weeks, respectively. For the second review requests, applications with and without job offers had an average application processing time of 3 and 16 weeks, respectively. The Job Approval Process, which authorizes an employer to hire a foreign worker through the SINP, took 4 weeks for Health, Agriculture, and Skilled Trades, and 9 weeks for other sectors.
