Ottawa invited 3,000 Canadian Experience Class candidates in the new Express Entry draw

On July 8, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #355, the cut-off score was 518 points, three points fewer than the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was October 02, 2024, at 1:48:36 UTC. As of July 6, 2025, 256,224 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 45,201 invitations through 25 Express Entry draws in 2025.
