Ottawa invited 1,000 CEC candidates through Express Entry

On October 1, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #370, the cut-off score was 534 points, the same as it was in the two previous CEC-targeted draws. The tie-breaking rule for this round was February 21, 2025, at 04:01:57 UTC. As of September 28, 2025, 250,993 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 66,838 invitations through 40 Express Entry draws in 2025.
