Ottawa conducted the third Express Entry draw for healthcare and social workers

On July 22, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the third occupation-specific Express Entry draw of the year for candidates working in healthcare and social services occupations. In round #357, IRCC issued 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA), and the cut-off score was 475 points (29 points lower than the last draw). The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 13, 2025, at 13:08:29 UTC. As of July 20, 2025, 256,914 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. This year, Canada issued 49,403 ITAs in 27 Express Entry draws.
