IRCC conducted a new CEC draw under Express Entry

On September 3, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #364, the cut-off score was 534 points, the same as it was in the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 14, 2025, at 08:28:38 UTC. As of September 1, 2025, 254,672 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 57,069 invitations through 34 Express Entry draws in 2025.
