Alberta released the results of the latest AAIP draws and has met its allocation for 2025

On December 12, 2025, Alberta published the results of the recent draws conducted through the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). On November 21 and 24, Alberta conducted draws under the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway and invited 68 and 39 Express Entry and non-Express Entry candidates, respectively. The minimum score for both draws was 49 points. These draws were the last ones conducted this year, as the AAIP reached its full 2025 allocation after receiving an additional 1,728 nominations from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), bringing the total from 4,875 to 6,603. All 6,741 available nomination spaces have been issued, with a small overage under Express Entry, while 1,479 applications remain in the processing queue. In total, Alberta invited 8612 candidates through the AAIP streams in 2025.
