Alberta invited over 1,000 candidates across six AAIP streams

Alberta released the results of the recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) immigration draws. From June 16 to June 29, the province invited 1,037 candidates under six streams. The AAIP invited 720 Alberta Opportunity Stream and 61 Tourism and Hospitality Stream candidates, as well as 46 Express Entry and 75 non-Express Entry candidates under the Dedicated Health Care Pathway. Additionally, the province issued invitations to Express Entry candidates, including 100 Accelerated Tech Pathway candidates and 35 Priority Sectors candidates (aviation and skilled trades). So far, Alberta has invited 9,192 candidates through the AAIP streams in 2026.
