Ottawa invited 421 PNP candidates in the new Express Entry draw

On April 28, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw #343. In this draw, the Government of Canada issued 421 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. This round’s cut-off score was 727 points, 37 points fewer than the previous PNP-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 09, 2024, at 17:11:19 UTC. As of April 27, 2025, 246,673 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2025, the Government of Canada invited 31,929 Express Entry candidates, including 4,079 PNP candidates.
