Ottawa invited 3,000 Canadian Experience Class candidates under Express Entry

On June 12, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #351, the cut-off score was 529 points, 18 points fewer than the previous CEC-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 28, 2024, at 18:06:46 UTC. As of June 11, 2025, 257,557 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 38,342 invitations through 21 Express Entry draws in 2025.
